You can for instance import your contacts directly from Outlook and Outlook Express, create groups, send to SMS multiple recipients, and send personalised mass messages. -Send personalised bulk messages: you can send personalised bulk messages to your customers, by using the mail merge function.

-Schedule SMS: set a time and date for an SMS message to be delivered, allowing you to send SMS messages to any of your contacts even when you are disconnected from the Internet or away from your PC (not yet developed).

-Send long messages: users can send concatenated SMS messages longer than 160 characters to any mobile phone. Long messages are charged per 160 characters, but received as one message.

-Unicode support: EU Comm SMS automatically recognises if an SMS message is a Unicode message, and sends the message accordingly. Note: The receiving hand-set needs to support Unicode. Further, Unicode requires more transfer capacity, thus Unicode SMS messages are limited to 69 characters.
