Voice2Mail is a Microsoft Outlook add-in which lets you record, store and send voice and MP3 audio messages. The Voice2Mail plug-in will act as audio or voice recorder (Dictaphone) for you. Send voice mail to individuals or groups. Add a voice memo to your reminders, tasks and contacts. Record Skype, Yahoo, Google Talk and MSN conversations or you can create musical greeting cards and add your voice to them. It is quick, easy and more personal than text messages. Recorded MP3 file is so small that it can be sent to any e-mail user (with or without Outlook), even over any dial-up connections! Voice2Mail compresses the recording memos with selectable audio compression. Send a voice mail - the recipient will hear your voice as soon as he or she opens the mail message. The program works with Outlook 2000, Outlook XP and Outlook 2003.
